Turkey uses its Proclamation of the Republic chart (1923-10-29, 20:30, Ankara). Mundane charts are debated — different astrologers prefer different moments, and some founding times are approximate — so treat the analysis as one consistent lens, not a prediction.
Is this a forecast?
